Refund policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy, allowing you to request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item, but only if there is a manufacturing defect or a quality issue with the delivery.
For your refund to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Refunds are available on physical products only. If you purchase the Bluetooth Sleep Headphones in a bundle with any audio file and choose to get a refund, you will be refunded the full amount of your order subtracting the value of the audio file. No refunds will be issued for 'change of mind'. There must be an issue with the product or delivery of the product to process a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
