How to Use the Headphones with your Self Hypnosis Audio Programs


 
Step 1: Open the email on the device where you want to download the audio files to then simply click the link “Access Content”
 

Step 2: You will be redirected to our website to a page that looks like this, scroll down to view your purchased files and click the ‘download’ button.

Step 3: Now we need to make sure your device has an offline music player. Our recommendation is that you go to the Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple) and download one of the following music player apps. 


Final Step: Now, to locate your downloads to your Downloads (Android) or Files folder (Apple) on your device to view your downloaded file, if you don’t see the option to open this file with your music app, click ‘more’ to find your chosen music app.
 

Now you can listen to your audio files whenever you want, without internet connection, just by using your music app on your device.

How to Recharge the Headphones
To charge your headphones, please locate the small opening hole at the opposite end of the headband to the main control unit.
  • When you find this hole, you’ll be able to locate and pull out the usb charging port.
 

 
Plug in the USB cord here to charge the headphones.

 
 
Before using, charge the battery for 2 hours.
 
A continuous RED light indicates that the device is charging.
 
When the device is fully charged, this light will turn BLUE.
 
 
Battery Life
Our Bluetooth Sleep Headphones have a 200mAh lithium battery which is rechargeable. They come with a USB wire which allows you to charge them. They take about 1 to 2 hours to charge completely giving a play time of 8 to 10 hours.
 
How to Wash the Headphones
To wash your Headphones, please follow the below guided steps to first remove the bluetooth receiver and the slim ear-pieces.
 
 
Push bluetooth control panel with speaker out of it’s pocket

 
Pull speaker and bluetooth panel out from separated stitching of the headband

 
Take out and separate components

 
Hand-wash the head band
